Testing BB's in an AirSoft Gun
The BB's made in this project were not perfect spheres. The two halves are offset by about .003". Because of that, a little more pressure was required to load the magazine with the molded BB's than the ones that came with the gun. Firing the gun was a success. Out of the 50 molded BB's shot out of the gun none of them jammed in the barrel. There was a small problem where a small portion of the BB's would jam in the magazine and would prevent the slide from returning to the forward position (as seen in video below).
